The club caters for players of all standards with 3 Divisions and handicaps
ranging up to a maximum of 40.
A barbeque and presentation is
held back at Gwandalan
Bowling Club in the Fisho's Lodge.
Mick resigned as Treasurer and Publicity officer. I want to personally
thank Mick for all the time and effort he put helping run the club over
the past two years.
Barrie King has taken on the role of Treasurer until the next AGM as well
We currently have no Publicity Officer, if someone would like to take on
this role please let me know.
Beer & Ball Raffle. The raffle is currently suspended until we get a
volunteer to run it.
The law relating to raffles dictates they must be run in accordance with
the following basic rules
Raffles can be conducted for the purpose of raising funds for a
non-profit organisation without the need for a permit
Proper and prudent records must be kept for at least three months
Organisers must deposit all money received into a bank account that
belongs to the benefiting organisation as soon as practicable
The organisers are responsible for the proper management and
conduct of the raffle
A subcommittee can be elected from within the organisation to be
the organising committee
The raffle organiser must comply with the Lotteries and Art Unions
Act 1901 and the Lotteries and Art Unions Regulation 2014
If someone is interested in running the raffle let me know.
Decisions on how the club will be run are based on committee decisions, if
anyone has any concerns over this or other matters please contact me
